Well done, Michael: this is the future for loopers. Even the 400$ and more pedals are always lacking something. Some have delays, but no memory to save ones loops. Others do, but without offering the inverse and transpose functions. Sync is seldom offered, etc. But with Loopy, you have opened the path for a complete looping machine, that will develop and be easily updated. The number of discussions and suggestions on the forums is a proof that you have raised enthusiasm. Thanks a lot, and just go on!

You may take some practice in the beginning but this tool works like a charme.

Some effects, for instance distortion, especially reverb would increase it to a dreamlevel ...

Ich liebe diesen Looper. Echt toll um schnell mal nen Song zu basteln. Beide Daumen hoch, hätte ich mehr Daumen wären die auch oben. Zum Editieren exportier ich per Audio-Copy zu TwistedWave und wieder zurück. Damit sind die beiden zusammen ein perfektes Paar. Deshalb stört mich ne fehlende Editierfunktion nicht, natürlich wäre das noch der absolute Wahnsinn, aber so schon die coolste Musik-App im Store für mich. Im letzten update war ein Fehler mit IOS 5 aber der wurde sofort behoben. Hatte an einem Tag den Fehler gemeldet und am nächsten war schon ein Update da. Also toller Support. Danke für eine phantastische Musik-App. Diese App muß man einfach haben. I love this looper. Great for fast song creation. Both thumbs up, if I had more thumbs, they would be up as well. For editing I export via Audio-Copy to TwistedWave and back. Together these two are a perfect couple. Thats why Im not bothered by a missing editfunction, of course that would be the overkill, but even this way already the best musik-app in the store. With the last update there came an error with IOS5, which was right away fixed. I reported the problem one day and the other day it was already fixed. So great support. Thanks for this fantastic music-app. This is a must-have-app.

Loopy was my 2nd app try and a full hit. Better than expected. Even as a live tool. Thanks for this great app.

This App is Great ... If you use headphones with cable ... but my incredibly expensive bluetooth-headphones dont work on this App ... every anothere App works fine ... I hope for update ;-)

Easy to use, but full of features. Copy and paste makes it another part of my mobile music workflow.

This app is a lot of fun, and for 3 bucks it is excellent value. Im using mine on an iPad. A sweet tip is that if you move your finger over the mic on the iPad, it creates a sick scratching effect a la Run DMC. Enjoy!

Im very serious when I say this is my favourite app of all time. Half the reason I got an iPod was to record music with it, and Ive used looping software and hardware as a method of creating music more than anything else, so a looping app was very important to me. Id originally only been able to find one looping app (which I wont name out of respect for the developer), and I was somewhat satisfied with it, but it was still missing a few features I really valued (particularly stereo recording, panning and different loop lengths). Im not sure whether I missed this app previously or if its just new, but I recently stumbled across it and I havent looked back to the other app since. Loopy has practically everything I want in a looper as well as several other features Im finding pretty useful, and to top it off, the interface is very attractive and intuitive. The developer is also extremely helpful. I emailed him about a bug, and he was able to respond and fix the problem very quickly (turns out my iPod 3Gs specs were a little too low, so the latency just had to be raised a bit for that model). He even sent me a pre-release version to test it out, so I didnt have to wait for an official release.

This app is really fun to use. Lots of creativity to be had.

The app is a lot of fun to play with, allows you to create beautiful and interesting sound beds that you can use as a backing for vocals or instrumentals, and has the potential to do much much more. The latest update, allowing additional recording loops beyond the original 6, only extends the usefulness of the already great app for me as I can now record more tracks without having to flatten multiple existing ones into one.

Loopy is really easy to use and learn because the Interface is extremly user friendly. Im a beatboxer and Ill use this app anytime Im away from my computer. If I could chose only one app for my iPod it would be Loopy (even over playing music)! I have a loop station in my pocket and Ill never miss the chance to record a track when I stumble into the perfect stairwell with awesome acoustics.
